A successful transition of revenue cycle ownership doesn’t happen by accident - it’s a carefully planned and deliberate series of events. The ProsperityEHR revenue cycle leadership team will meet with your team to perform a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of your current practices, both to learn how you operate and document standard operating procedures, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. We’ll then discuss and establish the roles and responsibilities of both teams, and propose / finalize standard operating procedures. We’ll also schedule regular leadership check-ins and establish the KPIs that will be reviewed. Once our team has engaged in the day-to-day work with your team, we will carefully monitor performance for the first 90 days to ensure that standard operating procedures are working as expected, and adjust iteratively if necessary.
